The World Is Not Enough: Reimagined for the 21st Century

Set 23 years after the events of 1999's The World Is Not Enough amid the war in Ukraine, James Bond is sent by the British MI-6 to help attack a Chinese spy who is destroying an oil refinery owned by the Matrushky Oil Company in Murmansk, Russia. Can James Bond manage to defeat the Russia-China-Iran axis in time to prevent humanity from suddenly collapsing in a nuclear war?
