Summary
A story where Bill drags his brother off to go meet Fleur, uncaring that it's three in the morning (he might be slightly drunk), and Charlie is very much confused as to why Bill wants him to meet his girlfriend so much. Only, it turns out that Fleur isn't really his girlfriend at all and Bill's just awful at explaining things.
