An Exercise in Futility

Not all dark lords are magical. All it takes is someone who wants power at all costs. This is a story of Minister Granger and Head Auror Harry Potter learning that while lacking magic, muggles can be as bad as any magical and all that it takes for evil to win is for good people to do nothing. This is my first story, so constructive criticism is welcome!
