Gilderoy Lockhart's Faithful Admirer

The man's lovely golden hair is curled in the same style as Gilderoy's, with a single long lock falling just so above one baby blue eye. They are a deep cornflower blue, Gilderoy's favourite shade—he has the exact same eyes, but of course, that has nothing to do with his liking of the colour. Comedy, with plenty of crack-ish elements.
