Wanted - Dead or Alive

Lucas is fed up because he keeps losing Pokemon battles to Cyrus (and subsequently having to perform embarrassing forfeits). So when he hears there's a powerful Groundeon (Eevee's ground Eeveelution) on the run, he decides to try and capture it. The only problem is, it's believed to be a mass murderer. (Also featuring Cyrus, Prof Rowan and Bebe).
