When the Doctor leaves Jack and Rose alone on an alien world he expects to be gone for a few minutes... What he doesn't expect is to be gone long enough for things to change between them - so how will he react when they do? May or may not become an OT3 fic, but most definitely is Jack/Rose & Nine/Rose.
