Ciel has a very fatal and deadly disease, But Sebastian knows nothing about it. Ciel has been distancing himself from his servants so when his time comes they wont grieve, He has been secretly writing letters to Sebastian but has never sent them out. But what happens when Sebastian finds Ciel's stash of letters that were addressed to no one but Sebastian?
