The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions

Set between S3E6 and S3E7. Connor is having a hard time coming to terms with Robin's departure. Upset and sleep-deprived after failing to get Doctor Charles to reveal her whereabouts, he makes a mistake in the OR that ends in tragedy. Latham sends him home but Connor never makes it there. Now it is up to his friends and colleagues at the hospital to make sure he's all right.
