Fate:Division by Zero

When selecting Servants for the Fourth Holy Grail War, a new log of history with numerous heroes came to light, outside of the normal books and legends. With this new knowledge, the Grail demanded they be resurrected to fight in the War. How was it supposed to know that they were fictional characters from computer games?
