After a horseback riding accident causes Isabel to be seriously injured and then sick to the point of dying, Esteban who is wracked with the guilt about failing to watch over his cousin soon finds out that Isabel's accident may have not been an accident at all. Now infuriated, both Esteban and Elena try to find the culprit but can this person be found before Isabel's time runs out?
