New neighbour AU. Sirius sees a new guy moving into his flat building and tells himself he isn't going to flirt with him, no matter what. Sirius needs to remember his weakness for cute guys and his tendency to break the rules, even the ones that he makes up himself. Written for Round 9 of the Quidditch Fanfiction Competition.
