Summary
After his failed human transmutation, Edward Elric is bolstered by the insistence of Roy Mustang that he keep going, and decides to become a State Alchemist and get his brother's body back. But Mustang has a hidden agenda, and convinces Granny Pinako to let him take the boys in, so that he can get closer to his favorite child.
