Will Graham is in the Baltimore State Hospital when he receives a guest where Hannibal Lecter is supposed to be, it is revealed the Chesapeake Ripper is not Hannibal Lecter for the Doctor is in the ICU of Baltimore General for being attacked by the Ripper. With evidence to the contrary that Hannibal is not the Ripper, however something changes and the game becomes that much more.
