Danny Phantom has been tortured and abused by his old school and his parents to the point where he went mute. Police took the Fentons into custody for child neglect and abuse, while Danny was sent to an orphanage in New York City. Until Vlad Masters came to the orphanage and adopted him. Now Danny has to get used to life at Midtown High and possibly fall in love with Spider-Man
