Harry, a Squib, grew up with the Dursleys, ignoring everything about magic or his family, until one day he was abducted by Deatheaters to serve as some sort of hostage to pressure James Potter and the Boy Who Lived. Problem is, the Potters don't care nearly as much about Harry as the Dark Side would have hoped.
