They say distance makes the heart grows fonder. They also say that it takes someone to lose the person he loved most to realise his love for the person. A (pretty long) one-shot to prove the two statements. Kaoru leaves Hikaru for a year but how can they find a way back to each others' heart when they're madly in love with each other? It is destiny.
