Kingdom Hearts: Smash

What happened to Sora at the end of KHIII when he disappeared? Why he ended up in a new universe, of course! Unfortunately, the Heartless are here as well. Now he must travel to these new worlds and stop the Heartless once more as he also tries to find a way back home. (Will add Sora's character tag when he actually gets one)
