It was supposed to be a job like any other. Get in, setup, wait for the mark to show, fire and get out. Keyword being supposed. Nothing about this one went right. Shit show that started a chain of events which lead me to a better life. But that's for later. Point is...the mark knew I was there...and my client gave me no warning that she did.
