Well over a decade prior to Shuriki's 40-year reign over Avalor, Verago was young and Vallestrella a more dangerous place to live. Torn between his allegiance to king Corona on one side and his commitment to his family on the other, the adolescent jaquin faces choices that will not only impact his own life but the lives of those around him as well.
