Summary
On the day of the Kyuubi attack when the 4th Hokage was sealing the Kyuubi with the Shiki Fuujin Seal, Rikudou Sennin had implanted some of it’s power into the child the Kyuubi was sealed into, causing the 11 Tailed Fox Bijuu to be born.
