Warp Jumper

After reading a book in a library that lead him to a dream, the formerly Quirkless Izuku Midoriya was granted a Quirk that was once used by its original user. The young boy will learn how to use these new powers of his that he wished to have, and learn that his path in becoming a hero will be different.
