Captain Smoak

So basically I was snowed in today and this came into my head. It's Mama Smoak and Captain Lance, but a crap ton of Olicity. Everything is basically from Felicity's point of view but it bounces around a little bit from scene to scene. But I think the Felicity and Oliver stuff is pretty adorable. Enjoy the drabble.
