Summary
Elizabeth was the daughter of an English aristo and a German noblewoman. After her father's death she was visiting cousins when the war broke out. She was brought to Berlin as the daughter of a hostile, but through her mother's scheming she was able to land not only a marriage to a high ranking man, but a Kommandant. She then joins him on the Channel Islands to pacify the people.
