Art Magic, not many wizards or witches practice it; most only ever know the basics, making a photo move in repeat. Giving life and personality to a portrait however is complex, as more and more wizards lose interest in Art Magic; only a handful knows how to reanimate a portrait. Then comes Harry, who at a young age discovered the wonders of art and magic combined.
