All they wanted to do was find someone that could help them with their car. Or at least use a working phone in order to call Roadside Dispatch. But what starts out as a simple road trip gone wrong for two feuding siblings soon turns into a deadly fight for survival as they find themselves stranded near Mount Massive Asylum. *Rated M for violence, language, and sexual content*
