Picking Up the Pieces

When SHIELD and HYDRA are exposed to the world, the fallout is massive. After the revelation of the Winter Soldier's identity, Steve nearly forgets about HYDRA's other secrets to pursue the Soldier. It's only when he is reminded of the measures HYDRA took to silence any who may have opposed them that Steve remembers that there's something Tony Stark really needs to know.
