Summary
Carter is cut off from his family & left homeless. Forced to live in the hospital & take on a second job. He hides the truth from his friends at work, scared for them to know the truth. Then Carter is hit by a car & fighting for his life. The truth comes out about his family & dark past. Mark, Doug & the rest of the ER family rally round to show him who his real family is.
