It's going to be Colin's first year trick-or-treating, and their mother still can't leave Dennis alone for long yet, so he has to tag along. Their mother promises she'll hold him so he won't ruin everything for Colin, since Colin is taking his first big Halloween very seriously. Well, it doesn't go exactly as planned. Instead it goes even better.
