Barbara is a normal, sixteen year old girl. Well, she tries to be, but being the daughter of Commissioner Gordon is very hard to get past, especially if the Joker is on the loose. Not really "on the loose" but locked behind a cell in GCPD, so there's no way he'd be able to get out, right? Set during the events of TDK.
