Sokka's Birthday

Soulmates switch bodies for 16 minutes when the younger one turns sixteen. In all the hullabaloo of ending the war, everyone forgot it was Sokka's birthday. He and Zuko swap bodies just as Zuko has to give an important speech and Sokka's blood sugar runs low. Features Sokka with type 1 diabetes.
