Sophie, a refugee, ends up escaping to the Boiling Isles. One day she releases a creature offering wishes, thinking it's a joke, Sophie wishes to have dazzling beauty. And taking her jaded laugh as confirmation… that wish and more are granted. However, in exchange the creature tells her that she must help save his world from extermination. But how?
