Summary
After Hawks gets a taste of rebellion in being with his villain soulmate, he can't help but feel the addiction of being free, not doing what the Commission makes him, their abuse and total control. It doesn't help that he's made friends with the people he's meant to betray. How can he resist the freedom his soulmate helps brings when it's right there in front of him for the taking?
