Larry buys a new car. Rita has a run-in with Mallah and Rouge of the Brotherhood. Larry and Rita disarm bank-robbers and super-powered madman, John Dandy. Rita has never had so much fun, she is really enjoying life and Larry wonders 'what the hell is going on'
