Summary
The Concordian Flying Squad was created to battle corruption, but when Justin Lawson abolishes free press and creates a militia as he assumes the position of Mayor, the Flying Squad has to fight against Lawson's radical and oppressive regime, which may be the worst corruption they fought against.
