Sherlock Holmes doesn't believe in nonsense. So he certainly doesn't believe in time travell. Erica Sinclair, Aurora Teagarden and Spencer Hastings do not even know that Sherlock Holmes is real. That is until they find themselves in the 19th century, where they meet Sherlock Holmes and a still alive and very confused Richard Poole.
