Mirabel gets sick out of nowhere. Isabela is the first to notice. She's also the one who sensed there was something off. A doctor comes check on Mirabel. Mirabel's appendix has ruptured and she needs surgery. The whole family is worried. This has all family members, but it's mostly Isabela and Mirabel. No family shipping, just pairing them because they are the main main characters.
