Summary
A teenage human boy from America named Ricky Harlem was studying Victorian England for his high school history class. He wakes up to find himself in Victorian England, where he meets a raccoon thief named Thaddeus Winslow Cooper III. Thaddeus takes Ricky under his wing and teaches him how to be a thief.
