Summary
When Scotty and Lilly get a hit on an undercover narcotics officer who went missing back in 1975, it sends the two to North Carolina. However, they get more than they bargained for when the two fall in love. Will become a crossover with Law & Order SVU later on. Rating will change to M, eventually.
