Who Hunts the Hunters?

The Predators hear about a new species on Earth worth hunting. Dinosaurs. But they manage to call attention from a force they haven't encountered before. One that acts in a similar manner to them. Since Gantz is an older series I'll explain the set up in more detail rather than assume the readers understand how things work.
