Best possible version of yourself

Jaune Arc, while looking for a book to help him get stronger to have a better chance at a huntsman academy, finds a book promising to make him 'the best version of himself', but will it actually do that or is young Jaune in for a surprise? Warning for those that hate it, involves some time travel
