Jabberjay

In an effort to contain the spark of Katniss Everdeen, President Snow sends an escort to keep an eye on her for six months. But when she's caught hunting in the woods, things turn from bad to worse, and Katniss is sent to live in the Capitol for the rest of her life. Only her escort can seem to soothe her, and that escort is none other than the Head Gamemaker, Seneca Crane.
