HYDRA took Jemma Simmons to recreate the GH-325 drug, but she refused to do it for them. Unknowing to her, they had a secret weapon that was Grant Ward, Jemma's former colleague and friend. Ward has two choices for himself, torture Jemma until she gives in or help her escape.
