One day, eleven months after Lilly Rush joins the FBI, the FBI returns to Philadelphia Cold Case. They bring the start of a new case. Scotty, naturally, has a lot of feelings about this. None of 'em are good. And it only gets worse when the FBI agents on the case are reassigned and a very familiar face returns to Philadelphia.
