Harry Potter is given to the King of Vampires of America by Dumbledore on a whim to make sure the man didn't attack them and as a peace offering of sorts. Harry is only 15 and has no idea what is going on. He's scared and traumatized by this and his abuse at the hands of his relatives. He eventually finds love and acceptance. HP/AB crossover.
