Manfred von Karma Goes to Heaven

This is the story that inspired Manfred von Karma being in heaven in TAOJP (The Adventures of John Phoenix (TAOJP)). Originally Manfred von Karma escaping heaven and becoming a robot was going to be its own story, and Kevin Lawyer was going to be in, but then I decided to use that idea for TAOJP cuz I didn't know where to go with that fic after the first trial.
