The unexpected proposal

Established relationship. Harry and Draco have been together for a year now. Draco never expected to fall in love with Harry, but he did. He fell hard. And now he wants to take the relationship further. He wants them to move in together and start planning a future, but Harry seems to be resistant to the idea...and Draco wants to know why.
