Minerva McGonagall really doesn't have a whole lot of faith in Albus Dumbledore's plan to leave baby Harry on the Dursley's doorstep, but she agrees to it. After all he would be better with family, wouldn't he? But Albus never said she couldn't check in on the boy and so she and her wife move in right next door to the Dursley's at number 5 Privet Drive.
