Gracie Saito found out what her Branch of Sin could do to people at a young age. Now, at age 16, she's finally thrown into Deadman Wonderland. As she meets new friends and enemies, she realizes there are only two choices: follow the rules in hopes to one day be free or fight trying to escape from the wretched place she it now stuck in.
