The Phantom of Vengeance

Vengeance. That is his main goal. Born a noble in Piltover and an acolyte of Shadows. Now he has returned to the city of progress, but things have changed, people had come and gone. As he tries to figure out why, he finds a corruption so great, the city of Piltover needs a hero, a Phantom of Vengeance.
