Magic, Muggles and Mishaps

Harry notices a change in himself over the summer, and turns to Luna for help. Currently a HP/NT LG/NL, may change to others later, Dumbledore bashing, POWER!Harry INDEPENDENT!Harry SMART!Harry, may inckuse Granger / Weasley bashing, not sure.
